Choose your customer type:

1) "I want to replace my current worktops for natural stone worktops..." - to obtain an accurate quote we recommened you first draw a plan diagram which can refer too when using our online Dimension Calculator. Click here to download your copy now.

2) "I am replacing my entire kitchen and want natural stone worktops..." - if you already have completed a Surface Planner or have a plan diagram of your kitchen from Ikea, Homebase or any other kitchen design company, detailing full dimensions of your kitchen, then you are ready to begin. Please see our 'Get a Quote' section below.

Get a Quote

At Cargo Granite we aim to help you in choosing the right kitchen worktop first time, that's why we have designed a straightforward and easy to use ordering process. From choosing your material right up to installation day, our 5-EASY-STEPS to ordering will ensure nothing is missed along the way.

	Step 1: Choose material With over 100 different types of Granite and Quartz and Silestone™ to choose from, take you time browsing our online catalogue. To make it even easier we have arranged our stones by type and then price - so you can choose the right stone for the right price! For the differences in the stones available please see our Tips & Advice section. Can't decide? Don't worry you can change your chosen stone right upto Templating Day.
	Step 2: Enter Dimensions With your measurements in hand, simply enter your kitchen dimensions into our Dimension Calculator© to work out your required amount of stone. Then select from either 20mm or 30mm thick worktops and the hard work is done! To help in measuring your kitchen why not download a copy of our Worktop Planner?
	Step 3: Select Edge Profile Every visable edge will require polishing, we offer a selection of edge profiles for you to choose from, each offering a different style and finish for your worktop.
	Step 4: Add Features What's a kitchen without a sink? and every sink needs a hole! From Drainer Grooves to Bow Fronts you can add all those custom features you require to make your dream kitchen worktop. (But don't worry our team of expert Templaters will agree positioing of these features with you on Template Day). See our Tips & Advice Section for more info.
	Step 5: Add Extras And finally why not make your kitchen stand out from the rest by adding some extra finishing touches such as Upstands, Splashbacks or Window Sills. All are made from matching stone to complement your kitchen worktop.

Payment

With your quotation completed, and you are completely satisfied with your order either a 25% or 80% deposit is required to confirm your order.

A 25% deposit will secure your promotional web price, until such a time you are ready for your worktop to be templated. Whereas a 80% deposit is recommended if you are ready for templating immediately.

Payment can be made either online, using our Secure Payment Provider SecureHosting Ltd, or by telephone or instore.

Confirmation

Once your deposit has been recieved you will be sent confirmation of your order along with our Surface Planner, where you will be required to draw a detailed plan diagram of your kitchen. This diagram will then be checked against your online order to ensure no elements or incorrect measurements have been entered.

Templating Day

Once the order has been received, along with your Surface Planner, a member of our sales team will contact you to arrange a Templating date convenient to you.

During templating it is important to be available to discuss with our Templaters the location of the features and cut outs in your worktop project.

It is also advisable that you visit our fabrication facility in Bedford to select your very own slab prior to production. Natural Stone can differ in shade, veining and colour to that of any photos or samples supplied by us.

Once production has begun no ammendments can be made to your worktop project.

To secure your Templating date we require a minimum payment of 80% on booking of your Template Day.

Fitting Day

Approx 7 - 10 working days after templating your worktop will be ready to be fitted. A member of our sales team will contact you to arrange a fitting date convenient to you.

Ongoing stone care maintenance instructions will be discussed and given to you upon installation.
