Choosing a natural stone fabricator with the commitment to quality and ability to deliver are the most important factors to our customers when selecting a kitchen worktop fabricator. Whether you are installing a new kitchen or renovating your current one, the worktops are undoubtedly the most visible and expensive component.

Cargo Granite use the latest CNC machinery available to date, coupled with a team of highly skilled stone masons to template, cut and install your kitchen worktops. What's more operating an online ordering system helps us to reduce costs and pass the savings to our customers.

But I want to see the stone before I buy?

Not a problem. We offer samples of all our stones delivered right to your door. What's more before your worktop is cut we encourage you to select your own slab from our stone gallery at our 20,000sqf fabrication facility in the heart of Bedfordshire. We have over 300 slabs of Granite, Quartz and Silestone available to choose from each unique with its own subtle charactersitics. We have even compiled the most comprehensive selection of Tips & Advice for fitting natural stone kitchen worktops - all available online to read in your own time.

Getting started

Ordering is simple - browse our catalogue of over 100 Granite, Quartz and Silestone products, then simply enter your worktop dimensions into our online Dimension Calculator© and let us take care of the rest.
On Templating Day team of our own in-house stone masons will visit your home by prior appointment to take a complete template of your kitchen; this will be used to then cut an exact replica of your kitchen. Between 7 to 10 days later your kitchen will be ready to be installed.

On Fitting Day your worktop will arrive with a completely cut and finished worktop exactly to the measurements taken at templating.

It is advised you read through our Tips & Advice section prior to both these visits to ensure you know what is required from you.

Why buy from us?

As with many industries the natural stone has its own rogues - in the form of 'blanks'. Blanks are sub grade pre-cut slabs, often only available in a handful of colours, used by many smaller fabricators. Their stone masons will arrive at your home on the day of installation, without any prior templating, and use your fabulous new kitchen as a workshop to cut and tailor the blanks to fit your kitchen.

At Cargo Granite we do not use blanks.

All our worktops are cut from stone imported from the finest suppliers from around the world.
